- 帳號資料：購買付費報告需登入。當您以 Google 帳號或電子郵件登入時，透過 Firebase 取得您的電子郵件地址與唯一使用者識別碼（UID），用以辨識帳號、綁定並還原您的訂單與報告。免費瀏覽與免費工具無需登入。
- 購買與交易資料：訂單編號、購買項目與付款狀態。付款由第三方金流服務商於其付款頁面處理；本網站不接觸、不儲存您的信用卡號等完整支付資訊。
- 技術與使用資料：為維運、除錯與整體流量分析，伺服器可能記錄連線時間、IP 位址、瀏覽器類型與錯誤訊息等基本技術日誌。
二、我們如何使用這些資料

- Google Firebase（驗證、Firestore）：帳號登入驗證，並儲存您的 UID、購買紀錄與報告內容。
- 第三方金流服務商：處理線上付款；本網站不接觸您的卡號等完整支付資訊。
- Amazon Web Services（AWS）：後端伺服器代管與加密連線。

This policy explains how the "ZiWei BaZi Master" website (ziwei.hateterminator.com, the "Site") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy. This policy applies only to the Site and is independent of our mobile app on Google Play, which has its own separate privacy policy.
1. Data We Collect
- Chart input data: the birth year, month, day, hour, gender, and name you enter; and, when you use divination services, the question you write. These are necessary to cast charts, draw hexagrams or cards, and generate readings.
- Account data: a login is required to purchase a paid report. When you sign in with a Google account or email, we obtain your email address and a unique user identifier (UID) via Firebase, used to identify your account and to bind and restore your orders and reports. Free browsing and free tools require no login.
- Purchase and transaction data: order number, purchased item, and payment status. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider on its own payment page; the Site never handles or stores your full payment information such as your card number.
- Technical and usage data: for operations, debugging, and overall traffic analysis, our servers may log basic technical information such as connection time, IP address, browser type, and error messages.
2. How We Use This Data
- To cast charts, draw hexagrams or cards, and generate and save your readings and add-on content.
- To verify identity and manage sign-in state.
- To bind, verify, and restore your purchases, so you can access paid content across devices in "My Reports".
- To prevent duplicate claims, fraud, or abuse of paid content.
- To maintain service stability, fix errors, and understand overall usage.
3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. To provide functionality, we use the following third-party services and may transmit necessary data:
- Anthropic (Claude API, located in the United States): to generate readings and in-depth divination interpretations, your chart data (birth date and time, gender, and computed chart) and the question you enter are transmitted over an encrypted connection to Anthropic in the United States for text generation. This constitutes a cross-border transfer of personal data. Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information you would not want processed in free-text fields.
- Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore): account sign-in verification, and storage of your UID, purchase records, and report content.
- Third-party payment provider: to process online payments; the Site does not handle your full card information.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): backend server hosting and encrypted connections.
Apart from the above, we disclose your data only where required by law or necessary to protect the legitimate rights of the service and its users.
4. Data Storage & Security
Account data, purchase records, and report content are stored in Google Firestore (tied to your UID). All connections between the Site and our servers use HTTPS (TLS) encryption. Generated report content may also be cached in your browser locally for viewing. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Account and purchase records are retained until you request deletion; purchase records are kept so that you can restore purchased content after changing devices or signing in again. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data via the email below. Transaction records that must be kept by law may be retained for a period as required.
6. Minors
The Site is intended for users aged 18 and over, is not directed at minors, and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, and to request that we stop processing it or withdraw your consent. Withdrawing consent or deleting your chart data may result in some or all features becoming unavailable.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
